Qualifications Education and Requirement Currently enrolled students in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required. English is an advantage. Availability to carry out an internship agreement with the educational institution. No prior experience required, although academic or extracurricular experience related to customer service or tourism will be valued. POSITION SUMMARY Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
