What's the internship? As Reservations intern, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including market analysis, managing reservations and solving incidents for guests. You'll be supervised by the Director of Revenue Management. Ven a ser parte de nuestro gran equipo de trabajo, en la posición de Administrativo/a Contable para Sercotel Hotel Group en nuestras Oficinas Centrales de Barcelona. Tus principales retos serán: * Registro, gestión y conciliación periódica de cuentas de clientes, proveedores * Registro y conciliación de cuentas bancarias * Contabilización de la operativa del hotel * Gestión de cobros y pagos * Realizar el cierre contable mensual del hotel. * Llevar a cabo las tareas y el seguimiento del proceso de contabilidad de toda la operativa de la cartera de hoteles asignada. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? * Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en las funciones anteriormente descritas. * Formación en CFGS de Administración y Finanzas o estudios afines. * Conocimientos de Excel nivel avanzado. * Conocimientos avanzados en ERPs (preferiblemente Navision o Business Central). * Se valorará de manera positiva la experiencia previa en el sector hotelero. * Buscamos una persona proactiva, dinámica, organizada y que aporte valor al equipo.
