Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about visual design, creativity, and brand storytelling? As a Graphic Designer, you will bring the resort’s visual identity to life across all touchpoints: print materials, digital content, campaigns, F&B concepts, on-property activations, and guest communication.

We are seeking someone with a refined aesthetic, strong technical skills, and a keen eye for detail—capable of creating visual assets aligned with the standards of an international luxury brand. If you enjoy transforming briefs into memorable designs, collaborating with a dynamic team, and contributing to high-impact creative projects, we would love to meet you!

Your responsibilities include…
Creative Design & Brand Development

Create and adapt visual assets in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.

Design marketing and guest-facing collateral including brochures, menus, signage, presentations, maps, flyers, and digital content.

Support the creation of seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling pieces, and creative concepts for resort initiatives.

Digital Assets & Social Media

Collaborate with the Content Manager to produce high-quality digital assets for social media, newsletters, and paid campaigns.

Adapt creative pieces to multiple formats, ensuring optimal performance across platforms.

Photography & Content Creation

Support on-property photography needs (lifestyle, F&B, events, product).

Retouch images and prepare content according to luxury-brand quality standards.

Occasionally assist with short-form video content or simple motion graphics.

Collaboration & Project Execution

Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand their needs and develop effective visual solutions.

Manage relationships with external vendors, printers and production partners to ensure correct execution of materials.

Handle multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What we expect from you…

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or agency environments.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Lightroom and Premiere/After Effects is a plus.

Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and luxury aesthetics.

Basic photography skills and confidence with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

Ability to interpret briefs and deliver refined, brand-aligned creative solutions.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

A collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
