Divot ofrece vacantes de camarer@s, con un perfil muy orientado al servicio de sala/restaurante.

El objetivo principal del puesto esta orientado a ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica excelente mediante la atención directa al cliente.

Pasamos a describir las funciones fundamentales:

  • Gestión de sistema de reservas.
  • Recibir, acomodar y asesorar a los clientes sobre el menú.
  • Toma de comandas y uso de sistemas TPV.
  • Servicio de alimentos y bebidas con atención al detalle.
  • Gestión de cobros, manejo de caja y cierre.
  • Mantenimiento, orden y limpieza del área de trabajo.

La empresa requiere unos requisitos mínimos que valorará previamente para optar a este puesto.

  • Estudios básicos en servicio al cliente
  • Experiencia de un mínimo de 1 año
  • Idiomas fundamentales Español e Ingles, se valora muy positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas.

What's the job? As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. Your day-to-day * Support the Food &amp; Beverage Manager in any required task. * Manage beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue &amp; returns and food standards. * Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. * Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures. * Monitor adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures. * Ensure Bar team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations. * Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. * Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. * Ensure that the Bar team is continually trained in product knowledge, all menus and Hotel initiatives. * Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards. * Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable. * 2+ years' experience working in Food and Beverage department as supervisor. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. What's the job? As the friendly face of our hotel restaurant, you'll also be a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador. Whether you're preparing drinks exactly as our guests want or serving them delicious food, you'll be devoted to creating relaxing, memorable experiences. You'll report to the F&amp;B Manager. Your day-to-day * Create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each guest's experience. * Describe the selection of drinks and menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods. * Set up your outlet - stock up on all the supplies you'll need and manage your inventory. * Ensure that food and beverages are well stocked. * Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of the working area. * Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help, that might include serving other outlets like rooms service, bar or terrace. * Work with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to offer a seamless food service. * Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. * Report and follow up on maintenance and repairs and for the cleanliness of the bar. * Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. * Supervise the pool area to make sure every guest is following the stated rules and there are no issues. * 2+ years' experience working within hotel/restaurant. * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, team-worker and with passion for service.
