La persona que ocupe la posición de Recepcionista de Noche será el primer punto de contacto para los huéspedes durante el turno nocturno, garantizando una experiencia excepcional desde la llegada hasta la salida. Su misión es ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad, velar por la seguridad y asegurar el correcto desarrollo de las operaciones nocturnas del hotel, así como la gestión administrativa asociada al turno.

FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES:

 

  • Recibir y atender a los huéspedes con profesionalismo, calidez y discreción.
  • Gestionar el check-in y check-out de manera eficiente.
  • Atender solicitudes, resolver incidencias y gestionar reclamaciones con eficacia.
  • Gestionar y entregar mensajes, paquetes y correspondencia de los huéspedes en tiempo y forma.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con Housekeeping sobre el estado de habitaciones y objetos perdidos.
  • Revisar y actualizar perfiles de huéspedes recurrentes (preferencias y observaciones).
  • Garantizar la precisión de la facturación y el cierre de cuentas.
  • Verificar garantías, depósitos, créditos y autorizaciones de clientes según procedimiento.
  • Realizar el balance y cierre de caja al final del turno con exactitud.
  • Completar todas las tareas de auditoría nocturna conforme a la checklist establecida.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad y emergencia del hotel.
  • Realizar rondas de seguridad nocturnas en pisos, garaje y zonas técnicas.
  • Reportar cualquier incidencia, riesgo o anomalía al/la supervisor/a de turno.
  • Gestionar y garantizar el correcto uso de las cajas de seguridad.
  • Mantener comunicación efectiva con otros departamentos para garantizar la excelencia operativa.
  • Asegurar la correcta transmisión de información al equipo del turno siguiente (briefing y registro).
  • Participar en reuniones y sesiones de formación para el desarrollo profesional.
Requisitos
  • Formación: Grado medio en Hostelería o Turismo.
  • Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en un puesto similar en hoteles de 5 estrellas y/o lujo.
  • Idiomas: Español e inglés avanzados; francés intermedio valorable.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo avanzado de Opera y software de gestión hotelera.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno dinámico.
  • Enfoque en la satisfacción del huésped con actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración interdepartamental.
  • Tipo de contrato: Indefinido
  • Horario: Turno de noche (23 a 7 h)

Night Manager Job Title: Night Manager Reports to: Front of House Manager Responsible for: The whole Hotel during night shift and developing an excellent service to guests Job Requirements: - Education in Finance/ Hospitality/ Tourism - Experience: Minimum 1 year - Driver license - Opera Cloud System - Languages: English: Professional Level / Spanish: Professional Level Other languages are highly valued (French, German, Russian, Arabic) Principle scope and purpose of job: Together with the team, work in a proactive and passionate way to develop a sustainable business Deliver outstanding and personalized service to our guests, in line with the vision and values of Boho Club Ensure pre-research is made for each arriving guest and deliver a personal service accordingly Maintain a complete profile of each guest who stays at the Hotel, especially if it is a recurring visit Ensure that the reception desk is always manned Manning the main switchboard for Boho Club and carrying out Concierge duties accordingly In charge of all incoming email requests coming to the general info account in a timely manner, ensuring delivery to the correct department or individual Inform AFOM and HM about any return guests Local knowledge of the area and proactiveness in regards to potential requests on and off property In charge of all night reception duties as listed below Guest/Operation Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in Opera Cloud System verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures Ensuring the set standards and expectations are maintained on the highest personal level Allocating all rooms daily, in liaison with housekeeping and sometimes also with maintenance Check in & Check out guests, billing and end-of shift cashiering Coordinate VIP amenities in conjunction with housekeeping Handle room reservations including room upsell and packages, in conjunction with reservations department Ensure that all stock, cash and keys are secured at all time and access is restricted to authorized staff only Be fully conversant with the Opera Cloud system and key entry system ensuring that information is accurate and timely and that system back-ups are undertaken as required and are completed Be fully updated on the Emergency procedures Be aware of and review all guest comments, both positive and negative, and where necessary advice on changes to avoid repetition Ensure a safe working environment is achieved in line with laid out hotel procedures and policies Ensure statistics and reports are submitted in a timely manner in accordance to the national and local laws and regulations Review guest procedures and update accordingly Financial Provide information as requested by the Finance Department regarding all activities related to the reception department. Ensure that all hotel procedures e.g. cash control, as laid out by Management ensuring that this happens within the reception. People & Development Assist in building innovative communication tools to generate awareness of and support of Values Develop a culture of excellence within the team Assist in training and develop the new team members Be part of a creating and nurturing philosophy throughout the business to ensure a great team spirit Sales & Marketing Build relationships with key guests and companies to increase business levels, building profiles of these guests’ needs in order to provide outstanding service Work with the team to develop the offers adapting it to the individual guest and market conditions Be responsible for co-ordinating the development of the hotel’s guest profile records, especially for regular guests.
