As Housekeeping Supervisor you'll help the Housekeeping Manager in supervising all aspects of housekeeping and laundry - and ensure high standards are maintained. Reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Your day-to-day * Maintain proper inventory levels, managing cost per room for supplies (example: bed & bath linen reuse and laundry operation). * Support in managing day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, assign work and establish performance and development goals for employees. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance. * Check public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvements. * Support in handling complaints and special requests and needs of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors to achieve complete guest satisfaction. * Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties * Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department managers. * May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods. * Perform housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * +2 years' housekeeping/laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Opera PMS knowledge will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. Funciones del puesto: Limpiar, ordenar y ventilar las habitaciones asignadas, así como mantener en perfecto estado las zonas comunes y áreas internas del hotel. Estar atenta de los clientes ante cuestiones como quejas u objetos perdidos en sus habitaciones o en zonas comunes, y entregarlos a gobernante/a. Recogida y limpieza de todos aquellos materiales que necesita para llevar a cabo su trabajo. Hacer un uso correcto de los materiales y productos de limpieza, así como de los EPIs necesarios para el desempeño de su puesto de trabajo.

En Grand Hotel Central, estamos seleccionando a un/a Camarero/a de pisos, quien será responsable de proporcionar un servicio excelente a nuestros clientes, limpiando, ordenando y reabasteciendo las habitaciones de los huéspedes, así como otras áreas comunes, según las indicaciones. Sus principales responsabilidades serán: Mantener en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden las habitaciones de un hotel, office, zonas comunes y las distintas dependencias de este. Cambio de ropa de cama de las habitaciones. Suministrar los dormitorios con los elementos de aseo correspondientes, así como documentos del hotel y otros complementos. As Housekeeping Supervisor you'll help the Housekeeping Manager in supervising all aspects of housekeeping and laundry - and ensure high standards are maintained. Reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Your day-to-day * Maintain proper inventory levels, managing cost per room for supplies (example: bed & bath linen reuse and laundry operation). * Support in managing day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, assign work and establish performance and development goals for employees. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance. * Check public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvements. * Support in handling complaints and special requests and needs of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors to achieve complete guest satisfaction. * Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties * Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department managers. * May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods. * Perform housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * +2 years' housekeeping/laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Opera PMS knowledge will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. Es una de las principales cadenas hoteleras de nuestro país, contando actualmente con 75 establecimientos situados en más de 20 destinos diferentes y en plena expansión Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Subgobernanta/e para incorporarse en nuestro hotel del centro de Málaga. Objetivo principal: Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable, las tareas relativas a los pisos, áreas públicas, áreas internas, lencería y lavandería. Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes: • Revisar todas las habitaciones de salida y hacer muestreo de las de cliente • Planificar el trabajo diario del Departamento de Pisos con la hoja de control • Planificar horarios de las camareras de pisos • Control de la ropa de la lavandería externa • Control de la ropa de la lavandería interna (ropa de los clientes) • Encargada de inscribir las averías en el libro de averías, y comunicarlas a recepción • Cuadrar el rack de habitaciones con recepción • Coordinación con el departamento de recepción para atender a las peticiones especiales de los clientes • Formar a las nuevas incorporaciones en el departamento de pisos • Supervisar la limpieza general del hotel (todas las áreas) • Responsable del procedimiento de prevención de legionella: • Responsable de guardar los objetos olvidados por los clientes y llevar su control mediante un libro. • Control de las caducidades de los productos del minibar • Encargada de seleccionar a las nuevas incorporaciones para su plantilla REQUISITOS • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en un departamento de pisos • Organización, Metodicismo, Capacidad de liderazgo, Detallismo, Meticulosidad • Inglés medio.
