Buscamos un Ayudante de Cocina que contribuya al funcionamiento diario de nuestras cocinas manteniendo los más altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y excelencia culinaria.

Lo que harás

  • Colaborar en la preparación del desayuno, almuerzo y/o cena siguiendo los estándares de producción y calidad de Four Seasons.
  • Manipular alimentos acorde a las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Operar, mantener y limpiar adecuadamente el equipamiento de cocina (picadora, mezcladora, horno, etc.).
  • Mantener el espacio de trabajo limpio, ordenado y seguro.
  • Aplicar sólidos conocimientos de normas sanitarias y técnicas básicas de corte.
  • Contribuir al correcto etiquetado y trazabilidad de los recipientes de comida.
  • Gestionar y priorizar tareas en entornos dinámicos y exigentes.

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid está buscando un Ayudante de cocina para unirse a nuestro equipo. El Ayudante de cocina es un miembro esencial del equipo de Comidas & Bebidas dedicado a proporcionar un servicio excepcional y de calidad suprema a nuestros huéspedes. El Ayudante de cocina ayuda a preparar el desayuno, comida y/o cena de los clientes en concordancia a los estándares de producción y calidad, manteniendo asimismo un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.  

  • Manipulación de alimentos acorde a los estándares de calidad, siguiendo las peticiones del cliente. 

  • Operar, mantener y limpiar de manera apropiada el equipamiento de cocina, incluidos la picadora, el mezclador y/o horno.  

  • Mantener el espacio de trabajo limpio y ordenado. 

  • Tener robustos conocimientos de los códigos de sanidad y un entendimiento completo de todos los tipo de cortes. 

  • Contribuir a la trazabilidad de los recipientes de comida. 

  • Gestionar y priorizar tareas. 

  

Nuestro Ayudante de cocina ideal tendrá 

  • Excelentes habilidades para el trabajo en equipo, atención al detalle y capacidad multitarea.
  • Formación Profesional en cocina, gastronomía o áreas relacionadas (requisito indispensable).
  • Experiencia previa en cocina (muy valorable, aunque no imprescindible).
  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas y sistemas de cocina, así como de seguridad alimentaria.
  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante 8 horas y levantar hasta 30 kg.
  • Fluidez en español; el inglés será muy positivamente valorado.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos.
  • Documentación en regla para trabajar en España.

What's the job? As the friendly face of our hotel restaurant, you'll also be a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador. Your day-to-day * Create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each guest's experience. * Describe the selection of drinks and menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods. * Set up your outlet - stock up on all the supplies you'll need and manage your inventory. * Ensure that food and beverages are well stocked. * Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of the working area. * Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help, that might include serving other outlets like rooms service, bar or terrace. * Work with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to offer a seamless food service. * Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. * Report and follow up on maintenance and repairs and for the cleanliness of the bar. * Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. * Supervise the pool area to make sure every guest is following the stated rules and there are no issues. * 2+ years' experience working within hotel/restaurant. * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, team-worker and with passion for service. What's the job? As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. Your day-to-day * Support the Food & Beverage Manager in any required task. * Manage beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns and food standards. * Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. * Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures. * Monitor adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures. * Ensure Bar team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations. * Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. * Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. * Ensure that the Bar team is continually trained in product knowledge, all menus and Hotel initiatives. * Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards. * Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable. * 2+ years' experience working in Food and Beverage department as supervisor. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
